Chris Salem is a highly authentic person who for several years has had a special passion for empowering and serving business leaders, entrepreneurs in various industries, sales executives, coaches, authors, speakers, and others, taking their business and life to another level. For many years, Chris has seen people aspiring to make changes and grow but struggled at different phases of their career and life. He is just like you, a regular person that has faced similar struggles. Chris shares from experience what has worked successfully through hard work and dedication to help in your challenges.  While Chris has experienced much success over a 26 year career as a Senior Sales Executive selling media, aircraft, investing in businesses, and implementing residual income platforms, there also been major setbacks such as dealing with 12 years of addiction and battling with his own demons. Eventually, he found a way to address the addiction and issues that held him back from experiencing a higher level of prosperity where health & wealth are in alignment. This led to Chris’ mission to share and empower others to do the same so their businesses and personal lives could truly experience the meaning of prosperity on all levels.  The solution always evolves out of the problem or challenge. The issue is that many people operate their business and lives in the effect of the “root cause” of their problems. They manage the effect but do not address the “root cause”. As a coach and accountability partner Chris works together with his clients to address their “root cause” then release it over time creating new and healthier habits that lead to prosperity in all areas.

Chris also delivers world-class content to audiences as a speaker that is high-impact which shifts people toward positive action. The focus is on the “root cause” that leads to changes and results, thus moves the audience toward improving their business and personal life. Always coming from the heart and personal experience, the audience is able to draw their own conclusions as to what is required of themselves to come out of their comfort zone and strive toward prosperity.  Unlike seminars or programs that scratch the surface, the focus is always on the audience to make changes by addressing the “root cause” that holds back their greatness. Davey Williams is a well-respected Motivational Speaker & Coach. Using his copyrighted platform, The CSure Lifestyle, he helps businesses and individuals embrace simplicity in their process to attract results. He is genuine, transparent, and authentic - all with a high level of energy and integrity.  For almost 15 years, he served in leadership and management positions throughout the retail, hospitality, sales & consulting fields. Since then, he has spent over a decade fulfilling his passion for people and business through his speaking and coaching work. Both are centered around his copyrighted system, the CSure Lifestyle. With Davey, it is all about simplicity in the process and attracting results.  His strategic problem-solving has a reputation of simplicity and accountability. Utilizing his own life experiences as examples to clients, Davey has a relatable, well-communicated charm. Davey understands both the struggles so many people endure, as well as the solutions that can be empowered and sustained. He calls what he went through a "S.I.N.", aka Self Inflicted Nonsense. As he says, failure and success both revolve around choices. A backbone to his work is reminding people and businesses of the power of choice and actionable steps to live your best life.  Davey is also proud to serve as the Managing Director/COO for the EFA Movement, Empowered Fathers in Action. The organization takes the principles Davey has used throughout his career, along with those of his mentor and good friend, Chris Salem. They use these principles to empower men to be just that, women too. EFA is dedicated to solution-driven practices to empower young people and adults to resolve their root causes to struggle and embrace the root solutions to living a prosperous lifestyle.
